3 Days in and the headaches going.

Now three days in and the headache is starting to fade and I actually feel that I have a bit more energy strangely. Unfortunately I am still going to the toilet a lot and last night got up 4 times to go as it worked its way through me.

I have my drop in session on wednesday where I will take back my caramel shakes as they are disgusting, taste very sweet and extremely artificial (which I know they are). The other stuff is tasting okay apart from the chicken soup has got a strange after taste to it and the shakes do not mix that well unless you sheke yourself stupid.

As soon as I know what my weight is on wednesday I will post again.
